The Danny Phantom series meant a lot to me growing up. I always wanted to do some kind of tribute but was never sure how, so i decided to do a top 10 favorite episodes (not best, that's subjective).
I want to point out that i tried to show why i liked each episode in the ilustration, for example, i like teacher of the year, not because Danny enters the game world (which is pretty cool by the way), but because i liked the conflict of trying to teach Danny the importance of doing his best on all sides of life, not just the ones he likes the most.
I also want to point out that my favorite episode will always be public enemies, since, for me, this is the episode that changed everything. It altered the status quo, it brought a sense of danger never seen before, it was dark, it was intense, but it was still fun and funny. It had great characters, great moments, it just took this cartoon and turned it into something much bigger.
I really love this series and it will always have a place in my heart. For the longest time i considered Avatar the major cartoon that inspired me to write stories, but looking back Danny Phantom also played a big part if not a bigger part.
